Custom & Personalized Products
Posteritree products are custom-made and personalized based on the names and information you provide at checkout. You are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, and details before submitting your order.
Once your order has been placed, it may not be modified or canceled.
No Returns & No Refunds
Because each Posteritree puzzle is custom and personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for personalized products once production has begun.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product arrives damaged or defective. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
We do not offer refunds for:
• Spelling errors or incorrect information submitted by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Shipping delays outside of our control
• Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.
Shipping
Shipping timelines may vary depending on production volume and carrier schedules. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, product designs, images, and materials are the intellectual property of Posteritree and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Posteritree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
